I'm Jen Wasem, founder of Jenerous Philanthropy

I’ve helped nonprofits and corporate social impact partners generate more than $300 million in philanthropic revenue by building strategies rooted in relationships, not transactions.

My experience spans mid-level and major gifts, corporate partnerships, workplace giving, and national peer-to-peer campaigns. Along the way, I’ve led initiatives with Fortune 500 companies, built large-scale fundraising programs, and helped organizations rethink how they approach philanthropy.

What I’ve come to believe is this: sustainable growth isn’t achieved by chasing dollars. It’s built through trust, alignment between mission and donor passion, and systems that continue to perform long after a single campaign ends or a leader moves on. Having spent years inside nonprofits, I understand the constant pressure to anticipate and produce revenue. I also know that without intentional strategy, strong donor stewardship, and organizational alignment, pressure often leads to donor, volunteer, and staff burnout.

Through Jenerous Philanthropy, we partner with nonprofit leaders to strengthen strategy, deepen donor relationships, and build philanthropy models that produce consistent revenue and stand the test of time.

Because the nonprofit organizations that thrive aren’t the ones doing more, they’re the ones doing the right things, consistently.
